HRP Conjugate Stock Stabilizer, 5X contains an additive which stabilizes reconstituted HRP-conjugated proteins. It also has stabilizers to preserve the catalytic site of the HRP porphyrin ring structure and strengthen the HRP-IgG bond. Antimicrobial agents have been added against bacterial growth; when stored at 2-8°C and protected from light, its minimum shelf-life is 2 years from date of manufacture. HRP Conjugate Stock Stabilizer is supplied as a 5X solution and may require dilution prior to use.
